4 Ingredient Breakfast Cookies on a white plate

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup quick oats

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 egg

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, whisk 1 egg
  3. Then add in the oatmeal, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
  4. Mix well with a spatula.
  5. Fold in any add ins you’d want- nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit.
  6. Take a cookie scoop and add to a greased baking sheet.
  7. Take a fork then flatten the cookie.
  8. Makes 15 small cookies.
  9. Bake for 12-14 minutes, let cool, then eat! I added more pb on top of my cookies.
