Ingredients
2 cups quick oats
2 mashed bananas
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 scoops Ancient Nutrition collagen
3/4 cup peanut butter (sub any nut butter)
Method
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Then add in everything else and mix together with a spatula.
- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- Form 9-10 cookies. I spray my hands with a little non stick spray first because these cookies are super sticky!
- Then bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes.
- Remove and let cook a little bit longer on the baking sheet.
- Then I drizzled a little peanut butter and melted chocolate on top
