Air Fryer Blackened Salmon Taco

Ingredients

Salmon:

1lb of salmon 

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt 

1 tbsp olive oil 

Pineapple Salsa:

1 cup chopped pineapple 

1 avocado (peeled, pitted, & cubed) 

1/4 cup red onion 

1/3 cup diced tomatoes 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) 

1/2 tsp cumin 

Other:

Corn tortillas 

Spinach

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400F
  2. Cut the skin off the salmon & cut it into bites 
  3. Add to a bowl, brush with oil, & sprinkle the seasoning on top 
  4. Add to your air fryer & air fry for about 6 minutes on each side 
  5. While the salmon cooks, make the pineapple salsa 
  6. When the salmon is done, remove from air fryer 
  7. Add the tortillas to the air fryer & air fry for 2-3 minutes 
  8. Remove from the air fryer, add some greens, the salmon, & the salsa. Add any other toppings you want! 
  9. Serve & enjoy! Makes about 6 small tacos
