Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon

Ingredients
Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon:
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pink himalayan salt
- Olive Oil
Pineapple Avocado Salsa:
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Sprinkle of salt
Method
Salmon Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, garlic, and salt.
- In a large, shallow bowl, add the salmon. Brush the honey mixture on top. Let the salmon marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400F.
- Grease the air fryer basket if needed (depends on the air fryer) with olive oil.
- Add the salmon to the basket, skin side down. Air fry for 12 minutes.
Instructions for pineapple salsa:
- Chop the pineapple, avocado, red onion.
- Add to a bowl and then add the lime juice and seasoning.
