Apple Turkey Burgers
Apple Turkey Burgers, a 15 minute fall dinner. An easy and quick weeknight dinner recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup diced apple
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
- Form about 6-7 patties
- Heat a skillet over medium heat
- Add some olive oil
- Cook the patties for about 6 minutes on each side (until internal temperature is 165F)
- Add some cheese on and let it melt for a minute!
- Remove and serve! These are also great leftover!
