Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3 small avocados or 2 large avocados
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2–1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste*
Method
- Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes
- Peel
- Add to a bowl
- Add the avocado and spices
- Mash the eggs and avocado and mix together
- Eat as a side dish or turn it into a sandwich!
