Baked Vegan Buffalo Tofu

Vegan Buffalo Tofu (gluten free, healthy, easy)

Ingredients

1 package of extra firm tofu (pressed for 20 minutes)
1/4-1/3 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp tapioca flour
Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Press the tofu for 20-30 minutes.
  2. I just put mine between two dish towels with stuff weighted on top.
  3. Then cut the tofu into cubes and add to a bowl with the ingredients all in there.
  4. You can let it marinate for for 10-20 minutes or if you don’t have time it will still work!
  5. Bake at 425F for 12 mins on each side.
  6. Served with broccoli and cauliflower rice!
