Banana Churro Bites

Ingredients

2 bananas

2 tbsp coconut sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Cut the bananas into 1 inch coins
  2. Get two bowls ready. In one, melt the coconut oil for 30 seconds.
  3. In the other bowl, mix together the cinnamon and coconut sugar.
  4. Brush a banana coin with the coconut oil then coat with the cinnamon sugar mixture. You can use a toothpick to do this or with your hands.
  5. Set on a plate and repeat until all your banana coins are coated.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little bit of coconut oil so the coins don’t stick.
  7. Add bananas to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, flip, cook another minute.
  8. Served with melted chocolate and yogurt here! These don’t store well so eat immediately
