Banana Churro Bites

Ingredients
2 bananas
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
- Cut the bananas into 1 inch coins
- Get two bowls ready. In one, melt the coconut oil for 30 seconds.
- In the other bowl, mix together the cinnamon and coconut sugar.
- Brush a banana coin with the coconut oil then coat with the cinnamon sugar mixture. You can use a toothpick to do this or with your hands.
- Set on a plate and repeat until all your banana coins are coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little bit of coconut oil so the coins don’t stick.
- Add bananas to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, flip, cook another minute.
- Served with melted chocolate and yogurt here! These don’t store well so eat immediately
