BBQ Brussel Sprouts
These easy, healthy barbecue brussel sprouts are the perfect summer side dish for a cookout or barbecue! Gluten free and simple to make.
Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp barbecue sauce ( I like this one)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Cut the brussel sprouts in half then coat with 1 tsp of olive oil. Make sure the brussels are coated pretty evenly so the spices don’t clump together.
- Sprinkle to chili powder and garlic powder over the brussels then add 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce.
- Oil a baking sheet and add the brussel sprouts to it. Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once the brussels are done, add more bbq sauce for flavor. I used 2 tbsp to get the flavor perfect for us!
