BBQ Cauliflower Bites
These healthy, gluten free bbq cauliflower bites are so tasty and easy to make!
Ingredients
1 Head of cauliflower
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1 cup almond flour
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Method
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Chop cauliflower into florets
- In a bowl, mix together: almond flour, almond milk, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, melted ghee, and coconut aminos.
- Add in the cauliflower and make sure each piece is coated well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the cauliflower onto it.
- Bake for 20 minutes, remove, and brush on bbq sauce making sure to coat each piece evenly.
- I wanted mine really crispy so I baked for 25 more minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve with whatever you’d like!
