BBQ Chicken Sliders

This 4 Ingredient Trader Joe’s Meal will be on repeat all summer. Shredded bbq chicken, broccoli kale slaw, and Hawaiian rolls make the best meal!

Ingredients

1 package of aloha rolls 

2 chicken breasts 

3/4 cup bbq sauce 

1/2 package of broccoli & kale slaw

Method

Heat a skillet over medium heat 

Add olive oil/ any oil you have on hand 

Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temp reaches 165 

Preheat oven to 350F 

Cut the aloha rolls in half 

Brush some oil on top 

Bake for about 5 minutes, until they’re a little toasted 

Add the cooked chicken to a bowl and shred 

Add bbq sauce to the chicken & stir 

Add the bbq chicken & slaw to the toasted aloha rolls 

Slice & enjoy!
