Blackberry Jam

The easiest and best no sugar added jam! Just two ingredients and it only takes 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup water

Method

  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat 
  2. Add blackberries and water to the saucepan 
  3. Let cook for 5 minutes then mash with a fork 
  4. Add chia seeds into the saucepan and mix in 
  5. Let cook for 5 more minutes 
  6. Remove from pan and store in a glass jar
