Blackened Salmon Salad With Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

This blackened salmon is made in the air fryer which makes it so crispy on the outside and only takes 12 minutes to make.

Ingredients

Salmon:

1 fillet of salmon 

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 

1/2 tsp thyme 

1/4 tsp chipotle powder (optional) 

Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette:

1 tbsp maple syrup 

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

1 tsp apple cider vinegar 

1/2 cup chopped strawberries 

Salt and pepper 

Other:

Strawberries

Spring mix

Onions

Feta 

Pecans

Method

Mix the spices for the salmon in a small bowl

Brush the salmon with olive oil and seasoning

Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes

While the salmon cooks, add the strawberry balsamic vinaigrette ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
