Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza (gluten free, vegan)

Ingredients

Buffalo Cauliflower:
1 head of cauliflower

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/3 cup hot sauce
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic
Sprinkle of salt

Sauce:
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
Sprinkle of salt

Pizza crust of choice ( I used this recipe here)

Method

 

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small, bite sized pieces. You want them to be small so the pizza is easier to slice.
  2. Coat with the olive oil
  3. Add to a pan and bake at 400F for 30 minutes
  4.  I made the crust at the same time. I used this recipe here. Sub egg for flax seed egg. You can use any crust you want just follow the instructions on the package.
  5. When the cauliflower is done, add to a bowl and coat with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
  7. Remove the pizza and spread the sauce on top.
  8. Then add spinach or kale and any other veggies you’d want on it.
  9. Add the cauliflower on top
  10. Bake for 5 more mins with the sauce, kale, and cauliflower on top
  11. Broil at the end for 1-2 minutes
  12. Top with vegan ranch
