Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Buffalo Chicken Wraps. Another 10 minute lunch idea! These have been my lunch all week and they’re so good!

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken 

1/4 cup Greek yogurt 

1/2 cup buffalo sauce 

Spices: 

1 tbsp dried chives 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp pepper 

Lettuce 

Cheese 

Ranch 

4 large tortillas 

Method

Heat a skillet over medium heat 

Add a little oil + the meat

Break the meat into small pieces and cook until done, about 5-6 minutes 

While the chicken cooks, assemble everything else for the wraps 

When the chicken is done cooking, add the Greek yogurt + buffalo sauce + spices. Stir well 

Add lettuce, buffalo chicken, cheese, & ranch to a tortilla 

Wrap and enjoy!
