Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium spaghetti squash
1 cup red pasta sauce of choice
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400F
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds
- Place face down on a greased baking sheet
- bake for 40 minutes
- For the chicken, heat a pan over medium heat
- Add the olive oil
- Cut the chicken into nuggets and then add to the pan
- Sprinkle with the garlic and italian seasoning
- cook for about 4 mins on each side.
- Mix in the sauce and stir
- Remove the spaghetti squash
- Pull some of the squash off the sides and put into the bottom of the squash
- Add the chicken/sauce mixture
- Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Place back in the oven for 8-10 minutes
- Remove and enjoy!
