Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Soup
Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Soup 🥣 Easy, healthy, and perfect for these cold winter days! Best served with fresh biscuits in my opinion!

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
1 cup diced celery (or peas)
1 cup chopped carrots
1 white onion, diced
1 lb gold potatoes, diced
4 cups chicken bone broth
1/2 cup milk of choice
Spices:
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp rosemary
Method
Add of the ingredients minus the milk to a crockpot
Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 6-7 hours
After it’s done, remove the chicken and put it in a bowl to shred
Shred the chicken
Take 1 1/2 cups of veggies (try to get as many potatoes as you can) and brith
Add to a blender with the milk and blend
Add the mixture back to the soup along with the shredded chicken
Stir everything together and serve.
Makes 5-6 servings
Best served with biscuits in my opinion!
