Chicken Sausage Skewers

Chicken Sausage Skewers {gf, easy}

Ingredients

1 packet Simply Nature Organic Chicken Sausage

2 bell peppers

2 red onions

2 1/2 tbsp Simply Nature 100% Pure Avocado Oil

1 tsp Simply Nature Organic Paprika

1 tsp Simply Nature Organic Garlic Powder

1 tsp Simply Nature Organic Onion Powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Method

  1. Soak 12-15 skewers in water
  2. Cut the onions and peppers into thick pieces. You don’t want to dice them or they’ll be too small for the skewers. Try and cut them all relatively the same size. (see above pictures for size reference)
  3. Coat with 2 1/2 tbsp Simply Nature  100% Pure Avocado Oil in a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, mix your spices.
  5. Add the spices to the veggies and mix them together, making sure to coat all of them well.
  6. Cut the Simply Nature Organic Chicken Sausages into about 6 pieces and add into the bowl with the veggies. Mix them in there.
  7. Add the veggies and chicken sausage onto the skewers, leaving a little room on each end to grab with tongs.
  8. Heat your grill over medium heat.
  9. Grease your grill if needed and then add the skewers on.
  10. Cook for 7-8 minutes, flip and cook for 7-8 more minutes.
  11. Remove and serve!
