Chicken Tender Parmesan Pasta
Chicken Tender Parmesan Pasta, gluten free, air fryer, 15 minute meal.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper
Other: - 1 package Chickpea pasta
- marinara sauce
- More Parmesan
Method
In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and spices
Add the chicken tenders to a large bowl, add the olive oil, mix to coat the chicken with the oil
Add the Parmesan spice mixture and mix again to coat the chicken
Air fry at 400F for about 12 minutes (until internal temp is 165F), flipping halfway through
Make pasta according to the package instructions
Add the sauce on cooked noodles, and the chicken tenders (I’d recommend cutting them up before adding), and then more Parmesan cheese! Makes enough for about 5 meals!
