Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cocktail
A chocolate covered strawberry cocktail?! An absolute must for Valentine’s Day 🍓🍫 Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, plus more for garnish
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup sugar
1–2 oz vodka
2 oz baileys strawberry and cream liqueur
1/4 cup Chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil for the rim
Method
- Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a small microwave safe container.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave again until melted
- Dip the glasses in the chocolate then add to the fridge to chill
- While the glasses chill, blend the strawberries, sugar, and coconut cream to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and then strain
- In a shaker, add the baileys, vodka, & 1/2 cup of the strawberry mixture to the glass. Shake and strain into a glass
- Serve and enjoy! I added more chocolate and strawberries on top.
