Chocolate Pumpkin Paleo Pancakes
Healthy and simple paleo pancakes- made even better by adding in alllll the chocolate pumpkin flavor! Perfect easy recipe for any morning

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 banana (mashed)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 scoop Chocolate flavored protein ( I used Ancient Nutrition Chocolate Collagen)
1 tbsp pumpkin
Method
- Mash up the banana but leave it a little lumpy
- Whisk eggs together in a bowl
- Add mashed banana, cinnamon, protein powder, and pumpkin into the bowl with the eggs
- Mix it all together
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with non stick spray
- Use a spoon to form pancakes in the skillet, cooking until they start to bubble, then flip
