Ingredients
Cinnamon roll donuts:
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp maple syrup
Cinnamon sugar layer:
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp almond milk
Icing:
2 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond milk
Method
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Then add in all of the donut ingredients.
- Mix together well. Grease a donut pan, add the batter in.
- Try to smooth it out if you can with a butter knife.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon sugar layer.
- Drizzle the cinnamon sugar layer on top of the donuts.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
- Let cool a little before adding the icing.
- In a bowl, add the icing ingredients.
- Microwave for 10 seconds, stir, repeat until it’s smooth.
- Drizzle on top of the donuts.
- Let the donuts cool before removing from donut pan.
- You can either eat right away or put them in the fridge for the icing to harden. You know I couldn’t wait
