Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread Skillet

Ingredients

Banana Bread:

2 eggs
2 bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp  coconut flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp nut butter
Cinnamon sugar mixture:

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F 
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs
  3. Then add in the rest of the bread ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grease a small baking dish (I used a small cast iron skillet).
  5. Add the batter then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  6. I tried to swirl mine but it didn’t turn out quite right 😂
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  8. Let cool then eat!
