Cranberry Apple Baked Oats

A healthy meal prep option, these cranberry apple baked oats are the best gluten free breakfast!

Ingredients

2 cups gluten free rolled oats *

1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 small apple (diced- about 1 cup)

1/2 cup fresh cranberries

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 scoop collagen or protein powder

1 egg

Nonstick spray

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg then combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together
  3. Spray a cast iron skillet or pan with non stick spray
  4. Pour the mixture in and bake for 40 minutes
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings!

Notes

*Can use regular rolled oats
