Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients

3 small apples, peeled and chopped 

2 cups cranberries

1/3 cup orange juice 

1/2 cup coconut sugar 

Topping:

1 cup Purely Elizabeth Cranberry Pecan Ancient Grain Granola 

1 cup almond flour 

1/4 cup melted coconut oil 

1/4 cup maple syrup

Method

1) Preheat oven to 350F

2)Peel and chop apples 

3)Add apples, cranberries, orange juice, and coconut sugar to a bowl 

4)Grease an oven safe baking dish 

5)Add apple mixture to the baking dish 

6)Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl 

7)Add the topping on top of the apple mixture 

8)Bake for 45-50 minutes 

9)Remove and enjoy! It’s delicious topped with vegan ice cream!
