Crockpot Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
14.5 oz can fire-roasted tomatoes
24 oz jar marinara sauce
6 cups beef bone broth
13 oz gluten free lasagna noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Spices: 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
Toppings:
Mozzarella cheese
Ricotta cheese
Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet for 4-5 minutes then drain grease
- Add ground beef to the crockpot along with the red pepper, onion, tomatoes, marinara sauce, bone broth, & spices
- Cook on high for 4 hrs or on low for 8 hrs
- Break lasagna pieces into bite size
- After the soup has cooked, add lasagna noodles
- Cook on high for 30 minutes
- Remove and serve! Add ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese to each individual bowl as you serve it
- Makes 6-8 servings.
