Ingredients
- 1 cup dairy free half and half
- 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a pot over medium heat. Whisk until mixed together, takes about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour into a jar and store in the fridge.
- I frothed mine before pouring it into my cold brew!
- Other:
- Add ice to a cup
- Add cold brew
- Add as much pumpkin cream as you want!
- Makes enough for about 4 drinks for me, depending on how much pumpkin cream you add!
