Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew (dairy free, vegan, healthy, protein packed)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy free half and half
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a pot over medium heat. Whisk until mixed together, takes about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge.
  3. I frothed mine before pouring it into my cold brew!

  7. Add as much pumpkin cream as you want!
  8. Makes enough for about 4 drinks for me, depending on how much pumpkin cream you add!
