Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut sugar*
1 tsp vanilla
Method
Heat your waffle iron
Combine all ingredients into a bowl
I made three small waffles but it makes one big waffle

*can sub sweetener of your choice
Topped mine with my homemade 2 ingredient blackberry jam + almond butter + bananas
