Gingerbread Donuts

Ingredients
Donuts:
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Icing:
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 325F
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs
- Then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- grease a donut pan and add the batter. makes 6 donuts
- bake for 12-12 minutes
- let cool
- in a small bowl, add the coconut butter + maple syrup, microwave for 15 seconds
- dip the donuts in the mixture
- add sprinkles
- put in the fridge to let it harden if you want or eat right away!
