Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted ghee or butter
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs
- Then add in everything besides the chocolate chips
- Mix together well
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Add to batter to a muffin tin lined with muffin liners.
- Add batter about 3/4 of the way.
- Makes 7 muffins.
- bake at 350F for 27-28 minutes.
- Remove form the oven and top with more chocolate chips and Pb
- Let cool then completely and enjoy!
