Gluten Free Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Toppings:
- 1 cup berries
- 1/2 banana
Method
- Mix the pancakes ingredients into a bowl, lit them sit for 5 minutes
- Add to a greased sheet pan
- Add the toppings
- Bake at 375F for 25 minutes
- Let cool 10 minutes then slice
- Paired with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, made about 4-5 meals!
