Grilled Peaches
Grilled Peaches 🍑 with goat cheese, balsamic, basil, & walnuts on top. The perfect appetizer or side dish this summer! I love how simple these are.

Ingredients
2 large peaches, pits removed & cut in half
2 ounces goat cheese
1–2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp oil of choice
Fresh basil to taste
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Method
- Brush oil onto the grill
- Add peaches face down
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, cook an additional 3-4 minutes
- Remove and then top with goat cheese, basil, balsamic, & walnuts
- Eat immediately and enjoy!
