Healthy Chicken Salad

My go to healthy chicken salad. Perfect to add to a Chicken salad sandwich board  Perfect for any spring hosting- Easter, Mother’s Day, and get together!

Ingredients

2 cups rotisserie chicken chopped (skin and bones removed)

1/3 cup finely diced celery

1/3 cup finely diced red onion

1/2 cup grapes, chopped 

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a big bowl and stir until everything is well combined. Enjoy!

 

Everything else:

Add your favorite bread and I loved adding croissants!

Add veggies and some nuts as well. So easy and delish!
