Ingredients

1 cup water

1/2 cup gluten free oats

1 scoop chocolate protein or collagen

1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Boil 1 cup of water
  2. Once it is boiling, reduce to simmer
  3. Add in the oatmeal, protein powder, and cinnamon. Mix everything together
  4. Let the oatmeal simmer for 5-6 minutes
  5. Serve with whatever toppings you want!
