Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 scoop chocolate protein or collagen
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Boil 1 cup of water
- Once it is boiling, reduce to simmer
- Add in the oatmeal, protein powder, and cinnamon. Mix everything together
- Let the oatmeal simmer for 5-6 minutes
- Serve with whatever toppings you want!
