Healthy Chicken Burgers {Simple, Gluten Free}

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup feta
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 onion diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
salt

Method

  1. Chop the spinach and dice the onion.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil, add the spinach and onions. Saute for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together with a spatula.
  4. Then form patties with the mixture. I made 7 patties.
  5. Heat two pans over medium heat and add olive oil then add the burgers .
  6. Made two pans of burgers but if you only have one pan you can use do two batches.
  7. Cooked for 6 minutes on each side before they were done.
  8. Always check internal temp to make sure they’re done
