I’m a beginner cook and absolutely loved this recipe! It was super easy to make. Since I had time today, I left it in the crockpot on high for four hours, then stirred in the cream cheese at the end until it was fully incorporated into the soup. I love spicy food, so I added a couple of jalapeños, a dash of hot sauce, and lots of fresh garlic—it turned out amazing! I topped it with avocado, crumbled queso fresco, cilantro, sour cream, tortilla strips, and red onion. This is the second recipe of yours that I’ve tried, and both have been so easy and delicious. It’s also safe to say that my FIANCÉ loved it too. I’ll definitely be trying more!
