Ingredients

Funfetti Donuts:

2 eggs

1 cup almond flour

1 tbsp vanilla collagen (I used Ancient Nutrition)

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp sprinkles

Icing: 

1/4 cup coconut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

Sprinkles

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Whisk the eggs then add in almond flour, vanilla collagen, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder.
  3. Mix everything together then add in 1 tbsp of sprinkles.
  4. Add to a greased donut pan, fill about 3/4 of the way.
  5. Bake for 12ish minutes
  6. Icing- melt the coconut butter and maple syrup for 15 seconds.
  7. You can add a little almond milk if you need to thin it out.
  8. Make right after you have the donuts in the oven so it has time to harden while the donuts bake! I
  9. f it hardens too much just add a little milk
  10. Let the donuts cool (you can put them in the fridge to speed up the process)
  11. Then dip them in the icing.
  12. Add some sprinkles if you want.
  13. Then you can either eat then or let the icing harden.
  14. Makes 7-8 donuts.
