Healthy Funfetti Donuts
These donuts are made with simple ingredients and are gluten free. Made with almond flour, maple syrup, eggs, and of course sprinkles! Ingredients
Funfetti Donuts:
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp vanilla collagen (I used Ancient Nutrition)
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sprinkles
Icing:
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Sprinkles
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Whisk the eggs then add in almond flour, vanilla collagen, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder.
- Mix everything together then add in 1 tbsp of sprinkles.
- Add to a greased donut pan, fill about 3/4 of the way.
- Bake for 12ish minutes
- Icing- melt the coconut butter and maple syrup for 15 seconds.
- You can add a little almond milk if you need to thin it out.
- Make right after you have the donuts in the oven so it has time to harden while the donuts bake! I
- f it hardens too much just add a little milk
- Let the donuts cool (you can put them in the fridge to speed up the process)
- Then dip them in the icing.
- Add some sprinkles if you want.
- Then you can either eat then or let the icing harden.
- Makes 7-8 donuts.
