Healthy Turkey Burgers
Healthy and easy turkey burgers made with minimal ingredients!

Ingredients
*Makes 6 burgers*
1 LB ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped spinach
Avocado Oil
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tbsp onion salt
Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add avocado oil and sauté the peppers, onions, and spinach until done, about 5 minutes.
- Combine turkey. seasoning, and veggies into a bowl and mix together. Form into burgers
- Add avocado oil to a skillet or grill skillet. Add in burgers. Cook until internal temp is at least 165F (about 6 minutes on each side)
- Serve warm or save leftovers to eat all week!
