Lemon Berry Cake Jars
 Dessert in 5 minutes?! Sign me up đââď¸ These lemon berry cake jars are the perfect easy & refreshing dessert for MDW, fourth of july, or any get together this summer! Throw together a bunch for a group in no time at all. The lemon cream cheese is just soooo good in this! I skip a step & use store bought cake but of course you can make your own đ
Ingredients
 4 small jarsÂ
1 cup raspberriesÂ
1 cup blueberriesÂ
4 ounces of cream cheese, softenedÂ
1 cup powdered sugarÂ
1 tbsp lemon juiceÂ
Zest of 1 lemonÂ
2 cups pound cake, cut into cubes ( I used store bought)
Method
Add the cream cheese to a stand mixer (or a use a bowl and hand mixer).
Add the lemon juice and zest in.
Slowly start to mix and add in the powdered sugar.
Slowly increase speed until itâs well mixedÂ
Stir for about few minutes until completely combinedÂ
Then assemble your jars. Add a layer of berries, lemon cream cheese, cake, lemon cream cheese, & finally berries.Â
This makes 4 jars! Enjoy!
