2 Ingredient Mango Sorbet

The easiest and most refreshing 2 ingredient dessert. This mango sorbet is vegan, gluten free, and incredibly easy to make!

Ingredients

5 cups of frozen mango, chopped⠀⁠

1 can full fat coconut milk (around 14oz) 

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth⠀⁠
  2. Enjoy right away or freeze for later!
  3. Make sure to cover and let it thaw out before enjoying if you freeze if for later.
