Pumpkin Pie Donut Holes (vegan, gluten free, healthy)

Ingredients

1/2 cup Simply Nature Almond Butter 

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Simply Nature Coconut Flour

1/4 cup Specially Selected Maple Syrup

1 tsp Simply Nature Organic Cinnamon

1 tso Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Baker’s Corner Pumpkin Puree

2 tbsp Simply Nature Powdered Sugar

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and maple syrup. 
  2. Then roll the dough into about 6-7 balls 
  3. Line a small plate with parchment paper and place the donut holes on it
  4. Put the plate in the freezer for 1 hour 
  5. Then remove and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. 
  6. enjoy! Store in the freezer.
