Ingredients
1/2 cup Simply Nature Almond Butter
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Simply Nature Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Specially Selected Maple Syrup
1 tsp Simply Nature Organic Cinnamon
1 tso Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Baker’s Corner Pumpkin Puree
2 tbsp Simply Nature Powdered Sugar
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Then roll the dough into about 6-7 balls
- Line a small plate with parchment paper and place the donut holes on it
- Put the plate in the freezer for 1 hour
- Then remove and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- enjoy! Store in the freezer.
