Oat Flour Vanilla Baked Donuts (gluten free)

Ingredients

Donuts: 

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten free) 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp applesauce 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Toppings: 

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • sprinkles

Method

  1. In a blender, blend together the oats, baking soda, and cinnamon 
  2. Then add in the rest of the ingredient and blend 
  3. Grease a donut pan 
  4. Preheat oven to 350F 
  5. Add in the batter to the donut pan 
  6. Bake for 8 minutes
  7. Let cool completely 
  8. Remove and add your greek yogurt and sprinkles on top!
