Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Method
- Combine it all in a jar with a lid. You can use any container that has a lid!
- Shake it up, refrigerate overnight.
- Stir the next morning.
- Topped with banana + peanut butter the next morning!
