Overnight Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Method

  1. Combine it all in a jar with a lid. You can use any container that has a lid!
  2. Shake it up, refrigerate overnight.
  3. Stir the next morning.
  4. Topped with banana + peanut butter the next morning!
