Overnight Vegan Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein ( I used ritual )
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup warmed or mashed blueberries (helps them blend in better)

Method

  1. In a jar that has a lid, add the almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein, cinnamon and blueberries
  2. Shake up and refrigerate overnight
  3. Topped the next morning with yogurt +  warmed blueberries + organic peanut butter!
