Buffalo Chicken Dip (paleo and gluten free)

Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1 cup paleo mayo 
1/2 cup hot sauce of choice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp onion
Sprinkle of salt

Method

  1. Bake the chicken at 400F for 30 mins then shred (can do this ahead of time)
  2. Add the shredded chicken to a bowl
  3. Then, add in all of the other ingredients.
  4. Mix together well.
  5. Grease a small baking dish
  6. Add the mixture in
  7. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, until it starts to bubble on top.
