Paleo and gluten free burger bowls

Ingredients

Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • Salt & pepper

Sweet potato chips:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Burger Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup paleo mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp jalapeño relish
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Method

Beef:
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned. I patted the grease off afterwards.
Sweet potato chips:
Cut the sweet potatoes into chips , add the oil, salt, & pepper.
Air fryer at 400f for 12-14 minutes (start with these)
Burger Sauce:
Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl
