Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oatmeal
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup Lifeway Plain Kefir
1–2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method
- In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients
- Add to a jar with a lid
- Shake up, put in the refrigerator for 4 hours at least up to overnight
- Remove, stir, add some toppings, and enjoy!
