Peanut Butter Chocolate Bread (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted ghee or butter
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs
  2. Then add in everything besides the chocolate chips
  3. Mix together well
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips
  5. Add to a loaf pan and bake at 350F for 40 mins
  6. Remove and top with more chocolate chips and Pb
  7. Let cool then slice and enjoy!
