Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted ghee or butter
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs
- Then add in everything besides the chocolate chips
- Mix together well
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Add to a loaf pan and bake at 350F for 40 mins
- Remove and top with more chocolate chips and Pb
- Let cool then slice and enjoy!
- Store on the counter for 3 days or in the fridge up to 5
