Plant Based Pasta Sauce
This easy and healthy plant based pasta sauce is easy to make and soooo tasty!!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cashews
1 cup + 2 tbsp water
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt
Method
Plant Based Pasta Sauce:
- Soak cashews in water for 2-3 hours
- Rinse cashews with water and add to a blender
- Add in the water, spices, and almond milk into the blender
- Blend up and that’s it! Add more water if you want it thinner

I used Banza chickpea pasta, sautéed mushrooms, and broccoli.
