Pumpkin Baked Brie

The cutest addition to your fall charcuterie board! This pumpkin baked Brie is actually so much easier to make than you’d think!

Ingredients

1 puff pastry 

1 wheel of Brie 

1/4 cup pumpkin butter 

1 egg white 

Baking twine

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375F 
  2. Spread out the puff pastry on a piece of parchment paper 
  3. Add pumpkin butter to the middle and place Brie on top 
  4. With a knife or pizza cutter, cut a circle around the Brie, enough to cover the entire thing 
  5. Wrap the Brie with the puff pastry 
  6. Then tie twine around the Brie, creating the pumpkin shape. 
  7. Brush with egg white 
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 375F 
  9. Remove and add to your charcuterie board!
